Role Description The BIM Designer at NestUp Space will create and manage detailed 3D models and technical drawings for modular interior furniture, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, materials, and installation details. This full time,



on-site role in Hyderabad involves collaborating with interior designers, engineers, and production teams to translate design concepts into manufacturable and installable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing BIM models, coordinating architectural and furniture drawings, updating models based on design revisions, and preparing documentation for fabrication and on-site installation. The BIM Designer will also support quality control by reviewing drawings for compliance with specifications and assisting in resolving design and installation issues. The role requires close involvement in project workflows to align design, production, and assembly within tight delivery timelines.
Qualifications

Ability to work with architectural drawings and interpret technical specifications for interior and furniture projects.
