We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and HR MIS.

Experience
8-10 years of overall HR experience
Minimum 2 years of people/team management experience
Hands-on experience managing payroll for 300+ employees
Multi-location / Pan-India HR exposure preferred

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing for 300+ employees
Attendance, leave, LOP, arrears, incentives, reimbursements and deductions
Salary structuring, CTC breakups, increments and appraisal implementation
Payroll reconciliation, salary register review and Full & Final Settlement
Employee TDS, tax declarations, investment proof verification and Form 16 coordination
PF / EPF, UAN, ESIC, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
Gratuity and Group Gratuity Scheme administration
Leave Encashment and Leave Accrual / Leave Liability computation and reconciliation
Maternity Benefit, Bonus, Minimum Wages,



Shops & Establishments and other applicable labour-law compliance
Statutory challans, returns, registers, reconciliations and compliance audits
Employee lifecycle management from onboarding to separation
Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Appraisal, Salary Revision, Experience and Relieving Letters
Reference checks, background verification and employee personal-file documentation
HRIS / HRMS, employee master, attendance and leave management
Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and salary negotiations
HR policy and SOP drafting, rollout and implementation
POSH compliance and ICC coordination
Performance Management System, compensation & benefits and employee engagement
Training & Development and measuring training effectiveness
HR MIS including headcount, payroll, attrition, leave, attendance, recruitment and compliance trackers
Coordination with Finance, Accounts, auditors, consultants and gov
