Role Description The Senior Motion Graphics Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the creation of high-quality motion assets for digital campaigns, brand content, and marketing initiatives. This role includes developing motion concepts, designing storyboards, and producing animations that align with strategic objectives and brand guidelines. The designer will collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters,



and marketing teams to translate briefs into visually compelling, emotionally resonant motion graphics. Daily tasks include refining visual systems, optimizing animations for various platforms, managing project timelines, and providing mentorship or guidance to other designers. The role also involves staying current with design and motion trends, contributing to creative ideation sessions, and ensuring all deliverables meet Smilebox Digital’s standards for clarity and impact.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating advanced animation and visual storytelling.
Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for multiple digital channels.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, including layout, typography, and brand-aligned visual systems.
