Role Purpose
The Lift Installation Supervisor – Recent Projects (MMR) will supervise and coordinate new lift installation activities across assigned project sites. The role covers the complete installation cycle—from lift-site readiness and material coordination to installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lift-Site Readiness
Inspect the lift shaft, pit, headroom, machine room or MRL provisions, access routes, storage arrangements and electrical-power availability.
Verify site conditions against approved lift drawings and technical requirements.
Identify and report civil, structural or electrical deviations affecting lift installation.
Coordinate with customers and contractors for closure of site-readiness requirements.
Lift Installation Supervision




Plan and supervise lift installation activities according to approved project schedules.
Coordinate manpower, lift materials, tools, tackles and safety equipment.
Ensure installation is completed according to approved lift drawings, procedures and technical specifications.
Monitor technicians, subcontractors and other site resources.
Review daily progress and ensure adherence to installation milestones.
Prevent avoidable rework, material damage and installation delays.
Quality and Technical Compliance
Conduct stage-wise inspections during lift installation.
Check the alignment, levelling, fitting and workmanship of lift components.
Ensure compliance with the company’s lift-quality standards and technical documentation.
Prepare and close installation checklists, snag lists and inspection observations.
Report technical deviations, damaged lift components or material shortages immediately.
