? Experience: Fresh CA / 1–2 Years
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team and work closely with the CFO on financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax planning, and IPO-readiness initiatives.
? Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Ind-AS / IFRS
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, FEMA & SEBI requirements
• Support statutory & internal audits and tax assessments
• Manage working capital, receivables & payables
• Assist in financial modelling, scenario analysis & IPO documentation
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes




• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants & regulatory authorities
? Candidate Profile
✅ CA – ICAI Qualified
✅ Fresh CA or 1–2 years of experience in corporate finance
✅ Experience in EPC / Renewable Energy / SME sector will be an advantage
✅ Solid knowledge of Ind-AS, GST, TDS & MCA filings
✅ Exposure to Financial Modelling and ERP systems – Zoho
✅ Analytical, detail-oriented and compliance-focused
✅ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
