Job Description – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) - Technical Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), Power Platform, Azure integrations, and enterprise digital transformation projects. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 applications.
Implement and customize D365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and HR.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript,



PCF controls, and Power Automate flows.
Integrate D365 with third-party applications using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
Develop extensions using X++, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Power Platform.
Configure security roles, business processes, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
Perform data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF), SSIS, KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or Dual Write.
Work with DevOps pipelines for CI/CD deployments.
Collaborate with functional consultants during fit-gap analysis and solution design.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer session
