We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Mobile App Performance Marketing to join our growing team at The EleFant.

? Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Mobile App Install and In-App Subscription campaigns across Google Ads (App Campaigns, Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
- Drive high-quality app installs while maximizing in-app subscription conversions while reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, retention, and subscription growth.
- Test and optimize audience segments, creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve campaign performance.




- Collaborate with the Creative and Product teams to enhance user acquisition and conversion performance.
- Analyze campaign data using GA4, Firebase, and Meta Ads Manager to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure accurate tracking of app installs, in-app events, and subscription conversions using Firebase, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Mobile Measurement Platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest app marketing trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.

✅ Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing Mobile App Install campaigns is mandatory.
