Role Description

The Full Stack Engineer - HRMS Products will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power tapplent’s HRMS platform. This full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban involves building robust back-end services, implementing responsive front-end interfaces, and integrating APIs and third-party services. The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate functional requirements into scalable solutions, write clean and testable code,



and participate in code reviews. Day-to-day responsibilities current product developments, troubleshooting and debugging issues, optimizing performance, ensuring security and data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Build scalable, high-performance Angular applications and reusable UI components.
Develop secure backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices.
Own development across design, coding, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and automation.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams for quality releases.
Drive performance, code quality, engineering best practices, and AI-led innovation.
