The Problem You'll Own Every network product faces the cold start problem. The product works best when people are already on it. But people only join when the product already works. That circular dependency is the thing that most network products find challenging before they ever find their footing. Cracking it is less about technology and more about human behaviour, local insight, and relentless on-the-ground execution.
We're live in India and Australia and we're looking for people who will think hard about how to seed the right density in the right places, the cafés, the coworking spaces, the office complexes or big residential societies for that matter, where the first hundred users will come from and how to make those first hundred feel the value strongly enough to bring the next thousand.
What You'll Actually Do
Get out of the building every single day
Talk to professionals, founders and operators across Bangalore's key neighbourhoods in a scalable way
Place and activate Lirel's physical presence across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Delhi (one position in each city)
Run acquisition experiments, measure what moves the needle and kill what doesn't
Feed real user insight directly back into product decisions
Work directly with the founder across every dimension of early growth
What This Is Not This is not a desk job. There are no decks to make, no reports to file and no predefined playbook to follow. If you're looking for a structured internship with weekly check-ins and a certificate at the end, this isn't it.
