Role Description The Purchase Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting the procurement and purchasing activities of Raj Innotech Pvt. Ltd. This role involves preparing and processing purchase orders,



coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely availability of materials and components required for production. The Purchase Assistant will maintain accurate records of purchases, assist in vendor evaluation, and help negotiate prices and terms under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring inventory levels, resolving order discrepancies, and collaborating with internal departments such as accounts, stores, and production to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

Strong understanding of purchasing processes and purchasing practices, including basic knowledge of procurement workflows.
Experience in creating, managing, and tracking purchase orders and related documentation.
Knowledge of procurement principles and vendor coordination, with an ability to support supplier evaluation and negotiation.
Effective communication skil
