Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hyderabad India. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement with Club Mahindra offerings. Daily responsibilities include understanding member needs, resolving queries,



providing personalized recommendations on holiday plans, and promoting relevant membership perks and experiences. The role involves regular follow-ups, coordinating with resort and corporate teams to address service issues, and supporting retention and renewal initiatives. The Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, gather feedback to improve services, and represent the brand with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with diverse members and present information clearly.
Sales and negotiation abilities to support membership acquisition, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling in a consultative manner.
