As a Corporate Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with leading organizations across industries to create meaningful career opportunities for our learners. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond placements and recruitment coordination. You will serve as a strategic bridge between industry and academia, ensuring that our learners gain access to relevant employment opportunities while helping organizations discover future-ready talent.

You will work closely with employers, hiring leaders, industry partners, learners, Career Services, Marketing, and Academic teams to strengthen Altera and Digiaccel's employer network and placement ecosystem.



The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, highly proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about creating career outcomes for learners.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Outreach & Employer Partnerships
• Engage with leading organizations across industries to build and strengthen employer relationships for placements, internships, live projects, and industry engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR leaders, founders, and business leaders.
• Identify and onboard recent employer partners aligned with learner aspirations and program outcomes.
• Understand hiring requirements, talent needs, and industry trends to create relevant opportunities for learners.
• Position Digiaccel Learning and Altera Institute as preferred talent partners for organizations seeking digitally skilled professionals.
