Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Regional (North / South / West / East India)
Job Purpose:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales growth, expanding dealer and OEM networks, and strengthening market presence for Eionic Batteries. The role focuses on B2B sales of lithium-ion batteries for drones and advanced energy applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned regional sales targets and revenue goals
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies
• Identify and convert new business opportunities with OEMs and enterprise customers
• Appoint and manage distributor and dealer networks
• Handle key OEM and institutional accounts
• Lead pricing, negotiations, and contracts
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports
• Coordinate with production, service, and finance teams
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
• MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in lithium battery, drone, EV, or electronics sales
• Minimum 2–3 years in a regional sales or key account role
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build dealer and OEM relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively
