About The Role

The Senior Manager, HR Operations at Empower is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of scalable, effective, and consistent HR operational services across our global regions. This role acts as a key partner to HR and business leaders, ensuring that HR processes, systems, and data are aligned with enterprise standards while accommodating regional requirements.



The Senior Manager will drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience through process improvements, automation, and compliance management. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the hire-to-retire lifecycle in the U.S. and the management of HR operations teams across multiple international locations, including India and the Philippines. The role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, fostering team development, and supporting organizational growth through innovative HR solutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR operations, is essential.
