Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 In-hand per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Trixis Homes is a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in premium UAE property investments. We are expanding our Bangalore team and are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 250–300 outbound calls per day using company-provided leads.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Explain Dubai real estate investment opportunities to potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain robust customer relationships.
Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead conversions.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
0–1 years of experience in Tele Sales, BPO, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Banking, Insurance, EdTech, or similar roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
