H&M; Virtual Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Solar Sales Leader to lead and drive the performance of our International B2C Sales team supporting Australia's growing solar industry.
We are looking for an experienced sales leader who can build and manage high-performing teams, drive sales targets, coach team members, and take ownership of overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of B2C sales representatives.
Set and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, productivity, and overall team performance.
Coach the team on sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Support the team in high-priority sales opportunities and customer escalations.
Develop strategies to improve conversion, productivity, and revenue.
Work closely with senior management to execute sales strategies.
Maintain a positive, accountable, and target-driven sales culture.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and Australian solar industry requirements.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in Sales & Sales Leadership.
Strong experience in B2C sales and team management.
Proven experience leading and managing a sales team.
Solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Strong coaching, leadership, motivation, and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing sales KPIs, dashboards, and CRM systems.
Experience in the Australian market or Solar Industry will be a strong advantage.
Willingness to work in an early morning Australian shift.
