Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Jaipur. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews,



and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. The role involves building talent pipelines for various functions, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The specialist will also support onboarding activities, collaborate with HR and department leaders to understand workforce needs, and contribute to training initiatives related to interview best practices and recruitment policies.
