Role Overview
As a Visa Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the visa and relocation process for our clients. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient handling of visa applications, support the relocation journey, and ensure compliance with global immigration policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the complete visa application process for clients.
Identifying new opportunities present globally and aligning them with the business team.
Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and immigration authorities to ensure smooth visa processing.
Guide clients through the entire relocation journey, from visa application to settlement in their recent location.
Track and report on visa status and processing times, ensuring deadlines are met.
Offer strategic insights and personalized guidance based on clients’ needs and global immigration policies.
Identify potential risks in the visa application process and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Maintain and update records related to clients’ visa and relocation status.
Collaborate with the team to streamline internal processes and enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations for multiple countries.
