Role Description The Quantity Surveyor & Tendering Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimating project costs, and supporting cost planning for blower and related engineering projects. The individual will analyze drawings and technical specifications, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate costing and competitive proposals. Daily tasks include monitoring project budgets, tracking variations, preparing cost reports, and supporting cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. The role also requires maintaining documentation, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring adherence to company standards,



client requirements, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications

Strong cost control and cost management skills to monitor budgets, manage variations, and optimize project financial performance.
Proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost planning, and cost reporting for engineering and manufacturing projects.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in tendering, bid preparation, and rate analysis within industrial or engineering domains.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills; familiarity with costing and ERP software is an advantage.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
