Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Nagpur, focused on driving growth for Gremadius and its education partners. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective students and institutional clients,



and nurturing relationships through consultations and follow-ups. The specialist will perform market research to understand trends in education and training, develop and present customized solutions, and support sales campaigns and partnerships. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with counselling and admissions teams to align business goals, and contributing to revenue and enrollment targets. The role also requires responding to inquiries professionally, providing clear information about services, and representing Gremadius at events or meetings as needed.
