About the Role:

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager to drive lender onboarding, strategic partnerships, and business growth for WeCredit.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: We are specifically looking for candidates currently or previously working with an Advertising / Performance Marketing / Affiliate / Digital Marketing Agency who have hands-on exposure to FinTech, BFSI, NBFC, lending, loans, credit cards, banking, or other financial services campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

? Lender Onboarding

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new lending partners to expand WeCredit's financial ecosystem.
Develop and execute effective partner onboarding strategies.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective lenders and financial partners.

? Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with FinTechs, NBFCs, banks, and other financial institutions.




Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnership agreements.
Structure mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with WeCredit's growth objectives.

? Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for lending and strategic partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Address partner concerns and operational challenges effectively.
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and drive incremental business.

? Business Development & Market Research

Identify new business opportunities across the FinTech and BFSI ecosystem.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Build relationships with potential lenders, FinTech companies, NBFCs, banks, and financial institutions.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
