Solid preference for candidates with hands-on performance marketing experience in Beauty, Skincare, D2C, or E-Commerce. Candidates from outside this domain may be considered only with a clearly demonstrated track record of scaling D2C-style funnels.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Suroskie is a fast-growing D2C skincare and beauty brand built for the modern Indian consumer — from tinted moisturizers with SPF to hydrating face mists, told through creators who get it. We're looking for a highly driven, data-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to scale our digital growth across paid channels. You'll own customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and ROAS scaling across Meta, Google, and Snapchat — turning ad spend into a predictable revenue engine.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Snapchat Ads.
Minimum budget handled 1 crore in a month.
Own the end-to-end performance marketing funnel — Awareness → Consideration → Conversion
— and the metrics at every stage.
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while holding the line on target ROAS and CPA.
Analyze campaign performance daily, spot trends early, and scale winning audiences, creatives, and placements.
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy — and turn learnings into the next round.
Partner closely with creative, content, and brand teams to brief and ship high-converting ad assets, including UGC and influencer-led creatives.
Track and report key metrics — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV — in clean, decision-ready dashboards.
