Role Description The Solutions Architect – Okta Identity and Access Management will design, implement,



and maintain secure IAM solutions using Okta for enterprise-scale environments. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South involves translating business and security requirements into technical architectures, defining integration patterns, and ensuring robust identity lifecycle management. The role includes collaborating closely with security, infrastructure, development, and product teams to integrate Okta with applications and directories, implement SSO, MFA, and access policies, and support compliance and governance needs. The Solutions Architect will create technical documentation, standards, and best practices; troubleshoot complex IAM issues; and guide teams through solution rollout and optimization. The position also requires staying current with IAM trends, evaluating new Okta features, and recommending enhancements to improve security, scalability, and user experience.
