Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales to join our team at Policy Ghar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling insurance policies, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to help clients choose the best coverage options.
Key Responsibilities:
identify prospective customers and generate leads for insurance policies
explain policy details, benefits, and terms to clients in a clear and professional manner
rebuilds and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure long-term association
achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
provide post-sales support and assist customers with claim processes when needed
stay updated with market trends and competitor products to offer the best solutions
Requirement:
Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in insurance sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and customer-oriented minds
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
