The Growth Narrative a fast growing lifestyle.focused branding and films agency is looking for a Senior Copywriter who brings maturity, sharp thinking and exceptional craft to shape brands narratives that create impact.

You should have a strong advertising agency background and the ability to think beyond the line , developing ideas, campaigns, brand narratives and stories that build distinctive brands.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop big creative ideas, campaign platforms and communication territories
- Shape brand narratives, positioning, taglines and messaging
- Write brand films, digital films, social campaigns and integrated campaigns
- Develop copy across digital, print, OOH, websites, brochures and brand collaterals
- Work closely with strategy and design to turn insights into compelling creative
- Present and articulate ideas to clients with clarity and conviction




- Take ownership of projects from brief to final execution
- Mentor and collaborate with younger writers, helping raise the creative bar

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in a creative/ad agency
- A team player cum strong leadership skills
- Solid conceptual and campaign-thinking skills
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, hospitality or premium/luxury brands
- The ability to move seamlessly from a big campaign thought to a two-word headline
- An instinct for language, culture and contemporary communication
- Mature, independent and collaborative approach
- A portfolio that demonstrates thinking + craft
