Drive technical & functional hiring

Provide HR Advice to senior management, people managers and teams on HR matters

? Qualifications Required:
Preferred experience of 5+ years as HRBP / HR Generalist, preferably in manufacturing, engineering,



or technology
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, performance management & labor laws
HRMS expertise - Keka HR is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
