Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role based in Coimbatore. The Pre Sales professional will engage potential customers, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential and commercial project options. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting property presentations and site visits, preparing sales proposals,



and supporting the sales team with lead qualification and follow-up. The role involves maintaining accurate records of prospects, coordinating with internal teams for updated project information, and providing timely, transparent communication to customers. The Pre Sales professional will contribute to building strong customer relationships and enhancing overall client experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
Presales and Consulting capabilities to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate property solutions.
Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements, interpret market information, and prioritize leads.
