ABOUT THE ROLE
XCT Solutions is seeking a sharp full time, tech-savy Digital Marketing Executive who bridges the gap between the IT world and the digital audience. This is not a generic marketing role — you will be the voice of XCT on LinkedIn and across digital channels, translating complex IT system integration services into compelling narratives that resonate with CIOs, IT managers, procurement heads, and enterprise decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LinkedIn is the primary growth channel — you will own it end-to-end.
→ Own and grow XCT's LinkedIn Company Page — content calendar, post scheduling, follower growth strategy, and engagement tracking
→ Create and publish thought leadership content around IT infrastructure, cloud integration, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise solutions
→ Write and design LinkedIn posts, carousels, case study teasers, and solution spotlights that position XCT as an IT authority
→ Run LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid) targeting IT decision-makers, procurement teams, and enterprise accounts




→ Support business development by identifying and engaging potential leads, partners, and OEM relationships via LinkedIn outreach
→ Manage the XCT website — update content, write SEO-optimized blogs, and ensure the site reflects current offerings
→ Develop email marketing campaigns for product launches, events, and service announcements
→ Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs — reach, engagement, MQLs, and pipeline influence
→ Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing messaging with active deals and solution pitches
→ Manage relationships with design, video, and content vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills
• Solid understanding of IT concepts — servers, cloud, networking, security, ERP, or similar
• Hands-on LinkedIn organic + paid marketing experience
• Robust English copywriting for a B2B technical audience
• SEO fundamentals and content marketing
• Canva / Adobe / Fig
