This role is ideal for a target-oriented sales professional with solid industry relationships and a proven ability to identify opportunities, build trust with key decision-makers, and convert prospects into successful transactions. You will work closely with developers, brokers, corporate clients, and internal teams to create mutually beneficial barter solutions and drive sustainable business growth.
The position requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach to managing the complete deal lifecycle—from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation, closure,



and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Source and close high-value real estate barter transactions across commercial and residential segments.
Identify, approach, and onboard real estate developers, brokers, property owners, and corporate clients.
Build and leverage a strong network within the real estate ecosystem to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and present consultative barter solutions that create value for all parties.
Manage the complete sales and deal lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, structuring, and closure.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Negotiate commercial terms and structure transactions that align with client objectives and business requirements.
