Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive measurable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid advertising budgets, setting up and monitoring campaigns,



analyzing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven improvements to maximize ROI. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, developers, and content professionals to ensure landing pages, creatives, and messaging align with campaign goals and user experience best practices. The Performance Marketer will also prepare performance reports, conduct A/B tests, research audience segments, and stay updated on emerging marketing tools and trends. This is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.
