Role Description The Portfolio Manager role at Axis Urban is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Portfolio Manager will oversee client real estate portfolios, evaluate investment opportunities,



and recommend strategies that align with clients’ financial goals and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, assessing asset performance, managing allocations across properties, and preparing investment proposals and reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring transactions, and ensuring portfolios remain compliant with regulations and company policies. The Portfolio Manager will engage directly with clients to present insights, discuss portfolio performance, and support informed decision-making.
