Job Title: Technical Sales (Sales & Services)

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field
Employment Type: Full-time
*Probation Training period: 6 months; confirmation will depend on performance
during the probation period.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
● Identify and develop new clients across industries such as power, pharma,
sugar, textiles, etc.
● Promote:
○ Water treatment chemicals
○ RO / DM / ETP / STP systems and projects
● Conduct client meetings, site visits, and surveys
● Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
● Follow up on leads, order closures, and payment collections

2. Technical & Service Support
● Develop basic understanding of:
○ DM plants, RO systems, softeners, cooling tower treatment
● Collect water samples and coordinate with lab for analysis




● Suggest preliminary treatment solutions with guidance from senior team
● Coordinate with internal technical and project teams.

Skill Requirements
● Robust communication and client-handling skills
● Basic technical knowledge of water treatment systems
● Negotiation and follow-up ability
● Willingness to travel extensively (mandatory for this role)
● Nature of Role: Field-intensive with regular industrial visits

Qualification & Experience
● B.Sc / M.Sc (Science – preferably PCM background)
● 1–2 years in water treatment / industrial sales
● Freshers with strong technical understanding can be considered as Trainee
● Joining: Immediate / ASAP
