About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper / Account Associate with hands-on experience in QuickBooks to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the financial records of our US-based clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently. As a vital part of our finance team,



you will support various accounting functions, including transaction recording, reconciliations, and financial reporting, contributing to the overall financial health of our clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred, especially supporting US-based clients. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential, along with a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting standards. Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing platforms such as ADP or Gusto is highly desirable. Robust skills in Microsoft Excel, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication are critical for success in this role.
