Role Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you'll support outreach, lead generation,



and brand-building efforts for FinaxonAI. You'll get hands-on exposure to the full sales and marketing funnel — from market research and content creation to client communication and pipeline tracking — while working directly with the founding team.
This is a performance-driven role: there is no fixed stipend, and compensation is structured entirely around incentives tied to sales targets. It's best suited for someone who wants real ownership, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is motivated by results rather than a fixed paycheck.
What You'll Do
Assist with market research to identify and qualify prospective clients (BFSI, CA firms, VC/PE funds, M&A; professionals)
Support outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads
Help prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and presentations for prospective clients
