We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for our fast‑growing media monitoring company. The role requires robust skills in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management to ensure timely hiring of top talent across digital media, analytics, and client servicing functions.
? Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pool of candidates for future requirements.
Job Posting & Employer Branding:
Draft job descriptions, post on portals, and promote company culture.
Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Campus Hiring: Collaborate with colleges for internships and entry‑level recruitment.
Recruitment Metrics: Track TAT, offer‑to‑join ratio, and recruitment efficiency.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with agencies and job portals for sourcing support.
? Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
PG Diploma / MBA in HR preferred.
Familiarity with ATS systems and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
