? What You'll Do
Generate high-quality leads for IT services including Web, Mobile, Software, SaaS, Cloud & AI solutions.
Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Prospect through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, Upwork, Freelancer, networking,



and other outbound channels.
Pitch IT solutions to international clients across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and independently close deals.
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

✅ What We're Looking For
Business Development Trainee: Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Business Development Executive: 0–4 years of experience in IT Services Sales or B2B Sales.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in interacting with international clients.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Understanding of IT services is an added advantage.
A solid desire to grow, earn incentives, and build a rewarding sales career.
