Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsible for DVP finalization and execution - Component level and Engine level. - Crankcase, cylinder head, FEAD, valve train, Intake & Exhaust layout etc
Responsible for preparing the 3D model and 2D for the different engine components
Interaction with supplier finalizing the component level DVPO requirement and execution of DVP.
Interaction with design team for design corrections based on field failure analysis.
Tear down and wear analysis for the engine components.
Design review and DFMEA for the engine systems.Experience
