Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve Targets: Drive proactive solicitation of recent banquet, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), social, and wedding business to achieve or exceed budgetary goals.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Conduct routine sales calls, site inspections, and presentations for prospective clients, converting inquiries into confirmed contracts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local and regional competition, industry trends, and pricing dynamics to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Account Management: Build, expand, and maintain a robust portfolio of key corporate accounts, embassies, wedding planners, and key decision-makers.
2. Event Planning & Client Relations
Consultative Selling: Understand client objectives and conceptualize customized, high-end events tailored to their specifications.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, concession terms, space rentals, and food & beverage minimums while protecting the hotel's revenue and profit margins.




Detailed Documentation: Issue accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, and contract riders, ensuring transparent communication of all client needs to operational departments.
Client Hosting: Greet VIP clients and event hosts upon arrival, oversee critical phases of event execution, and conduct structured post-event reviews to secure repeat business.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Culinary & Operations Alignment: Partner regularly with the Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverage, and Banquet Operations Manager to design creative menus, establish pricing strategies, and ensure flawless execution.
BEO Meetings: Lead or participate in daily/weekly BEO and operations meetings to review upcoming event schedules, setup requirements, and staffing updates.
Billing & Administration: Ensure timely deposit collections, credit approvals, and final billing reconciliations in coordination with the finance d
