About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Accops. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, particularly in networking, virtualization, and security domains. This role involves leading QA initiatives, managing testing teams, and collaborating closely with development and product management teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for designing comprehensive test strategies, overseeing manual testing processes, and driving continuous improvement in our QA practices. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from our Pune office, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced workplace.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (BCA, MCA, BE, BTech). A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing and quality assurance is required. Strong technical knowledge in networking, virtualization, and security protocols is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in test management tools, defect tracking, and team leadership. Additional certifications in automation or performance testing are a plus.
