About the Role
We are looking for an experienced strategy/PMO professional to join St. Mary's Rehabilitation University, Hyderabad, as Head – Strategy, PMO & Institutional Performance, to establish and lead the university's institutional performance-management and PMO architecture — giving the CEO a reliable, data-backed view of university-wide execution.

Key Responsibilities

Translate CEO and institutional priorities into measurable annual, quarterly and monthly execution plans
Design and establish university-wide KPI and performance-management architecture
Partner with Deans, Directors and senior administrative heads to define outcomes and accountability
Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly institutional review rhythms
Lead CEO-level performance-review preparation and facilitate review discussions
Develop department-wise scorecards and Red-Amber-Green (RAG)

Track strategic and cross-functional projects through completion
Identify systemic delays, bottlenecks and institutional risks; conduct root-cause analysis
Track leadership decisions and ensure action closure after every review cycle
Prepare CEO decision briefs, performance summaries and escalation papers
Support process redesign and drive adoption of dashboards and AI-enabled monitoring
Mentor PMO managers, associates and analysts

Must-Have Skills:

Strong PMO / programme-management capability
KPI and performance-system design
Strategic and operational problem-solving with root-cause analysis
Strong Excel/Sheets and executive presentation skills
Executive-level written and verbal communication
Ability to work credibly with senior stakeholders
Strong follow-up and action-closure discipline
High confidentiality, judgement and professional maturity
