The Role
We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Architect and BIM Modeler (Architecture & MEPF) to join our team on a full-time, in office basis in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. In this role,



you will develop architectural and MEPF BIM models, create detailed 3D representations, and coordinate design information across disciplines. Your day-to-day will include translating design concepts into accurate BIM models, performing clash detection, preparing drawings and documentation, and updating models as designs evolve. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to support project planning, construction sequencing, and compliance with relevant standards — while also contributing to energy-efficient, sustainable design solutions within the BIM environment.
