Role Description The Performance Marketing Expert will lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to grow GemRishi’s customer base and revenue. This full time hybrid role is based in Ambala Cantonment, with the flexibility for some work from home.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks, and managing budgets for maximum ROI. The role involves analyzing campaign data, generating performance reports, conducting A/B testing, and refining audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages. The Performance Marketing Expert will collaborate with content, design, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with brand positioning, seasonal promotions, and business goals, while continuously identifying new growth opportunities and channels.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in performance marketing and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, remarketing, and conversion optimization).
Proficiency in digital analytics and measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, pixel tracking, UTM tagging, dashboards, and reporting).
