Role Description The Game Design Faculty role is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. The faculty member will design and deliver game design courses, including lectures, workshops,



and project-based learning across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials, supervising student projects, mentoring learners, and assessing performance through assignments, presentations, and examinations. The role involves collaborating with other faculty members to keep curricula aligned with industry standards, integrating current tools and methodologies in game design, and participating in academic activities such as curriculum reviews, student events, and faculty meetings. The faculty member is also expected to engage with industry professionals, support placement initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices and student outcomes.
