Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development/Sales role based in Surat. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term members of The Naari community. The team member will conduct consultations to understand client needs, present tailored wellness solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process.



Daily responsibilities include building relationships with partners and corporates, supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing excellent post-enrollment customer service. The role also requires close collaboration with clinical, wellness, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client journey and support revenue growth.
Qualifications

Strong business development capabilities, including Business Planning and Business acumen, with a focus on growth and client acquisition.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
