• 12 Hours Shift – Night Shift – 7 Days On 7 Days Off Rotation

Role Description
We are currently looking for an Operations Support Specialist to enlarge our team in order to support the Operations and Maintenance activities for id3 installations and Clients worldwide.
This role is responsible for providing QA/QC and technical support for id3 software installations, performing day-to-day monitoring and QA/QC tasks on data, providing KPIs Reports to the Client, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the platform.

Responsibilities




• Perform QA/QC of input data and external sources connected to id3 software
• Perform validation of drilling and completion KPIs
• Support the operations and maintenance activities inside id3 environment
• Perform troubleshooting on software issues
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Collaborate with the development team and Product Manager

Mandatory Qualifications
• BSc in Petroleum Engineering
• Maximum 1-3 years of experience in Well Drilling Activities (HQ/on-site/drilling software)
