Description

As a seasoned Solution Engineer – Data & Agentic Marketing AI at Salesforce, you will serve as a

strategic advisor and deep product expert, partnering with enterprise sales teams to address complex

customer challenges across marketing transformation, data unification, and agentic AI-driven customer

intelligence. You bring a solid background in Martech and AdTech ecosystems — understanding how

brands plan, activate, measure, and optimise marketing across paid and owned channels. You are a

hands-on technologist and a compelling communicator — equally comfortable architecting a Data Cloud

solution, building a live PoC, and presenting to a C-suite audience. With your extensive experience

across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Lakehouse architecture, and Data Management, you will lead high-

impact engagements across Financial Services, Real Estate, Retail & Consumer Goods, EdTech, FinTech,

Telecom, Media, and Technology/GIC sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic pre-sales engagements for enterprise and strategic accounts, partnering with





Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive complex, multi-cloud deals

Architect, build, and deliver hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) — taking full ownership from

scoping through execution and presentation, tailored to customer-specific use cases across data

ingestion, unification, segmentation, real-time activation, and AI-driven personalisation

Deliver world-class, customised product demonstrations — live, unrehearsed, and deeply

tailored to the customer's industry, data landscape, and business objectives

Lead executive-level discovery and whiteboarding sessions to uncover business requirements

around marketing strategy, AdTech/Martech stack architecture, customer data management,

and data governance

Design and present comprehensive solution architectures connecting operational data,

marketing data, paid media signals, and analytical insights via Salesforce Data Cloud and Zero

Copy integrations
