Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Associate Technical Lead to join our technology team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable software applications. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on technical expertise, the ability to guide a team of developers, and experience in delivering high-quality software solutions within defined timelines.

The role involves working closely with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other engineering teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support on complex development challenges.
Design and develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance software applications based on business and technical requirements.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, technical discussions, development, testing, deployment, and production support.




Review existing application architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, design principles, and security guidelines.
Break down complex requirements into technical tasks and provide accurate effort estimates and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, performance bottlenecks, production defects, and technical challenges.
Ensure the team follows established software development methodologies, version control practices, testing standards, and release processes.
