About The Role
This is a dual-function role designed for a proactive and organized individual reporting directly to the Managing Director and CEO. The first component involves providing comprehensive executive assistance to ensure the MD and CEO’s schedules, travel,
and correspondence are managed efficiently. The second component focuses on talent acquisition—identifying, sourcing, and onboarding suitable candidates to support the company’s growth trajectory. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities seamlessly. It is not an HR generalist or people management role; instead, it emphasizes supporting executive functions and maintaining a robust talent pipeline. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the leadership’s day-to-day operations run smoothly while actively contributing to the company's recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 6 years of experience in an executive assistance, recruitment, or talent acquisition role, or a combination of these. Demonstrable success in closing roles and managing end-to-end recruitment processes is essential. Strong communication skil
