About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Learning Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at SID Global Solutions. In this role, you will own the entire learning lifecycle, which includes designing engaging instructional content, managing learning technologies, coordinating training sessions, and tracking learner progress.
Your primary focus will be to develop innovative digital learning experiences that facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating multimedia content, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), and analyzing training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
