Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Brahmapur.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of SME clients, identifying financing needs, and promoting Mintifi’s range of growth capital solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings, understanding business requirements, and structuring appropriate financing products. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, and coordinating with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely disbursal. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide market feedback, and contribute to local business development initiatives and partner relationships.
Qualifications

Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, SME lending, or banking, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
